There are three different paediatric Allard AFOs: KiddieFLOW ™, KiddieGAIT and KiddieROCKER. These orthoses have different levels of stability depending on the child's weakness. Neurological diagnoses that are indicative of using Allard AFO are: Cerebral Palsy, Muscular Dystrophy, Spina Bifida and other neuromuscular diseases that affect gait. The aim is to improve gait patterns and gait capacity for individuals with impaired function in the lower extremities.
